These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vam Sync ("Vam Sync", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, connecting a Google Drive account, or otherwise using Vam Sync, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Vam Sync.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Vam Sync, and you must have a valid Google account to connect Google Drive. You're responsible for ensuring your use of Vam Sync complies with any laws or regulations that apply to you.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Vam Sync account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. You may use optional security features, such as phone verification and a recovery PIN, to help protect your account.
Vam Sync lets you connect one or more Google Drive accounts using Google's official OAuth authorization process. You retain full ownership of your files. Vam Sync does not claim any ownership over the content stored in your Google Drive, and your files remain in your own Google Drive at all times — Vam Sync does not copy or host them on its own storage.
You can disconnect a Google Drive account from Vam Sync, or revoke Vam Sync's access directly from your Google Account settings, at any time.
Hive Drop lets you create a shared folder space and invite collaborators to it. When you invite a collaborator to a Hive Drop:
Creator Hub lets you set up an optional, self-chosen public creator username and a public creator profile, which may display content you've published through Hive Share or Hive Drop. Usernames must not impersonate others or infringe on third-party trademarks or rights.
When using Vam Sync, you agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibited uses.
Vam Sync V1 is provided free of charge. We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may be updated, changed, or discontinued over time.
Vam Sync is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vam Sync and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because your files remain in your own Google Drive, you remain responsible for maintaining your own backups.
You may stop using Vam Sync and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to Vam Sync if you violate these Terms, including the Prohibited Uses section above. Upon termination, your Vam Sync account information is removed from our systems; your files, which were never stored by Vam Sync, remain in your own Google Drive.
